Had an excellent 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. Last time I stopped, had well furnished and well priced room with great views. The staff was helpful, exceptionally attentive. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was really nice with friendly staff.

The hotel was simply stunning and fairly clean, with genuinely friendly staff at breakfast or dinner service. The room we had included a lounge, effective Wi-Fi, and a storage space. It was in the riverside location in the morning was able to watch a dipper feeding on the river.

The area was quite dirty.

This accommodation had a riverside setting to list everything. Loved the room with nice views, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. Reasonably priced cereal and fruit, overall the breakfast was fresh made.

I had a fantastic stay at New Lanark Mill. The location was stunning, with a peaceful view of the river from my room. The room itself was excellent, with comfortable beds and a lovely decor. The meals were delicious, especially the breakfast which I enjoyed in the comfort of my room for a small fee. The staff were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property seemed clean and the room was huge and fabulous. The staff was amicable and attentive, offered good services. The location of the hotel was handy, on the river. Further, it was adjacent to the restaurant, and beautiful surroundings. I liked it, recommendable.

The rooms were new-fashioned and airy here with all the standard facilities as well as amazing views.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful historic building. The room was comfortable and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. I particularly enjoyed walking around the old mill buildings and up to the Clyde Falls. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel.

Overall really lovely stay for a wedding in the area. Everything was perfect, attentive staff, unbeatable location close enough to the river, castles and the restaurant and one way system in lifts. Airy room, shower facilities and dressing gowns in the room. Good facilities, comfy bed.

Very quite area, remote location short walk to nature and history and the upper Clyde river. Having effective Wi-Fi and heavy curtains in our very well furnished and spacious room. Staff very enthusiastic, particularly at reception desk.
